Customer Supplied Items |

We are happy to embroider onto customer supplied items provided that the material is suitable for embroidery and that access to the outer surface of garments is available without removing the lining. Embroidery through the lining of garments is sometimes possible but this can result in puckering.
Although we take great care with customer supplied items we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by the embroidery process. |
